American Children's Cancer Association (ACCA) provides financial assistance using donations of Cars, Trucks,Boats, Airplanes, Property, and Money. Proceeds from donations go towards helping families of kids with cancer find, and pay for the best, most effective alternative treatments available -- which they wouldn't otherwise be able to afford. We are the only car donation charity to offer a $200 VISA Gift Card as well as a 3 Day 2 Night Vacation Voucher, as thank-you gifts for vehicle donations in New Jersey, and all around the U.S.
