Finally found this place through Elhadj, a tout on the beach near club med. Nice enough guy although he did try to charge CFA330k for a place which is actually CFA200k per month. Better to call the landlord straight - Mr Samba +221 766 995 574. It's CFA10k per night or CFA200k if you take a month. Top flat is best - nice terrace with uninterrupted view of Ngor island and wave. Village vibe.
