Noon Whistle Brewing
Paul Kreiner is the master brewer. Paul is a Siebel Institute graduate, a certified Cicerone, and an award-winning home-brewer . Paul brings a passion for creative, distinctive beers and adventurous brewing that you can taste for yourself. Mike Condon is in sales, which coincidentally makes him a pretty good beer drinker. His professional sales career has him going to every end of this country and along the way sampling as many new and exciting beers from local brewers as often as he can. However, he still thinks the best place for quality craft is right here in Lombard , IL (he may be a little biased though). Jim Cagle handles the boring stuff: bills, taxes, budgets, etc. Exciting, right? No worries. Jim loves spreadsheets almost as much as great local beers. There was a time when life was less hectic and things moved a bit slower. many small towns used a town whistle to let people know it was mid-day and time for a break. the whistle could be heard throughout the town. Today At Noon Whistle, we want you to take a break and enjoy yourself. Many towns still blow a Noon Whistle today. In fact, the Noon Whistle guys grew up going on vacation to towns where that Noon Whistle sounds off. Marquette, Wisconsin is the town that inspired the name for Paul, and the Noon Whistle signifies tradition in his family. Not only does it symbolize the annual trek his family takes to get away and spend time together, but It also sets the schedule for the first beer - no beer before the Noon Whistle. You can hear two things happen at Noon: the Noon Whistle and the opening of a fresh beer.Session Beers.....Noon Whistle believes that session beers reflect a lifestyle. The lower alcohol and strong, distinct flavor in our beers can be enjoyed all day with family and friends. It's great to be able to enjoy delicious flavors and not fall off the stool. Many styles can be session and there is no limit. If you want us to put a number on it, 5% and under.Styles? You will enjoy an imaginative menu with different styles and 10 rotating draft handles. Especially as a start-up, we'll look for your feedback. Let us know what you like so we can bring those beers back. Where can you get our beer? Come in for a pint at the Noon Whistle tasting room or take Noon Whistle to go. You will also find Noon Whistle on draft around Chicagoland. Look for Noon Whistle at your favorite watering hole.
