Palacio de Altamira

El Palacio de Altamira o Alcázar de la Señoría, está situado a orillas del río Vinalopó, en el centro de Elche. Se trata de un edificio del Siglo XV, construido por el noble castellano Gutierre de Cárdenas, primer señor de la ciudad, tras haber vuelto a la Corona con los Reyes Católicos, convirtiéndolo en su residencia habitual. En la actualidad alberga en su interior el Museo Arqueológico y de Historia de Elche (MAHE).Horario (todo el año)De martes a sábado: de 10:00h a 13:30 y de 16:30h a 20:00h. This is a XV century building, built by the Castilian nobleman Gutierre de Cardenas, first lord of the city, having returned to the Catholic Kings Crown, making it his residence.
