Parque Canalejas - Canalejas Park
It is the oldest park in the city, it was designed by the architect Gonzalez Altésis and it is open night and day. We should highlight the two sculptured liones at the entrance, a small monument by Daniel Bañuls dedicated to the Alicante writer Carlos Arniches, the fountains, a stone carving depicting a map of Spain and a children´s play area. Es el parque más antiguo de la ciudad, fue diseñado por el arquitecto Gonzalez Altésis y está abierto día y noche. Cabe destacar las dos estatuas de leones en la entrada, un pequeño monumento de Daniel Bañuls dedicado al escritor alicantino Carlos Arniches, las fuentes, una roca tallada representando un mapa de España y una zona de juegos para niños. Der Canalejas Park ist der älteste Park der Stadt, vom Architekten Gonzalez Altésis entworfen und Tag und Nacht geöffnet. Die zwei Löwenstatuen am Eingang wurden von Daniel Bañuls entworfen und sind dem Schriftsteller Carlos Arniches gewidmet. Ausserdem sollte man wissen dass die Brunnen und einige geschliffene Felsbrocken die Landkarte von Spanien darstellen.
