PUENTE DEL GENIL EN GRANADA.

Es un puente árabe de origen romano fue construido en el siglo XII por los ziries que era una dinastía bereber de Argelia.El puente esta formado por 5 arcos semicirculares apoyados en fuertes machones y estribos.Está situado donde confluyen el rio Genil y el Darro. En el 1685 se le añade la iconografía (los leones sobre los pedestales con los escudos de la ciudad). En el 1880 se le reforma el pavimento ensanchándolo.fdo:Francisco Javier y José María
