Rawson

Rawson was the accomodation site for the construction of the Thompson dam. It is now a very nice small town close to several places of<br />interest. The caravan park is in a secluded tall forest area. The sites are huge and most come with a ensuite for only $24. Within the<br />caravan park, and just a stones throw from the van sites is the Stockyard pub. Great meals in a shed atmosphere.<br />From Rawson you can vist the following places:<br />Thompson dam wall.<br />The historic township of Walhalla.<br />
