Erabilpen baldintzak
1. Jokoaren Helburua
Jokoaren zioa ondo pasatzea da. Erakutsitako puntuen kokapen eta identifikazoan okerrak edo hurbilpen ez zehatzegiak badaude, erroreak konpontzeko prest gaude (kontaktu aukeratik idatzi, mesedez), baina sailkapenak eta puntuaketak a posteriori eraldatzeko ardura ez dugu hartuko.
2. Lehiaketak eta puntuaketa
Eguneko, asteko eta hilabeteko lehiek balio jakingarria dute, ez daude lotuta sarietara. Lorpenen adierazgarriak (dominak eta ikurrak) garatzeko aukera ez dugu baztertzen (erabilpenaren arabera), baina balio sinbolikoa izango dute.
3. Lehiaketa pribatuak
TAGZANIA APLIKAZIOAREN bidez egindako lehia eta porra pribatuetan (taldekoetan) ezin da diru-apostu antolaturik edo ohikorik egin. Lagun arteko tratu pribatuak bakarrik egin daitezke, eta tratu pribatu horietan hitzartutakoak ez du inolako derrigortasunik eta betekizunik eskatzen parte-hartzaileentzat edo taldea kudeatzen duenarentzat.
4. Erantzukizun salbuespenak
CodeSyntax-ek ez du ardurarik hartzen erabilera okerren kasuan, ezta ere oker tekniko edo konexio akatsen ondorioz, jokalari batek partidaren bat edo puntuak galtzen baditu.
Terms of use
1. The game’s objective
The goal of the game is to have fun. If there are errors or inaccuracies in the placement or identification of the points shown, we are ready to correct them (please write to us via the contact option). However, we will not take responsibility for modifying rankings or scores after the fact.
2. Competitions and Scoring
Daily, weekly, and monthly competitions have an informative value and are not linked to prizes. We do not rule out the possibility of developing achievement indicators (badges and icons) based on usage, but they will have a symbolic value only.
3. Private competitions
Through the TAGZANIA APPLICATION, no organized or habitual money bets are allowed in private (group) competitions or pools. Only private agreements among friends are permitted, and such private agreements do not impose any obligations or requirements on the participants or the person managing the group.
4. Liability exceptions
CodeSyntax will not be held responsible for misuse, technical errors, or connection issues that may result in a player losing a game or points.
