CodeSyntax-ek ez du ardurarik hartzen erabilera okerren kasuan, ezta ere oker tekniko edo konexio akatsen ondorioz, jokalari batek partidaren bat edo puntuak galtzen baditu.
Zure profileko informazioa
Profileko argazkia eta izena kargatzean, debekatua dago beste pertsona baten identitate eta irudia erabiltzea. Era berean, irudi, erabiltzaile-izen eta talde-izen gutxiesgarri, mingarri, pornografiko edo oro har desegokiak erabiltzea debekatua dago. We respect your private data.
The only data we store is the user's phone number, username and profile photo (if they decide to add one).
Cookies
The TAGZANIA APP does not use or store cookies.
The app lets the user create groups where several members may play against each other. One way to create groups is granting the app permission to access the contact list of the user, so people there can be added to a group. Even in that case, the data are not stored on the server, they remain in the user's mobile phone. However, this permission is not needed for the app to work; the user may deny it, and still be able to play the game, and also create and manage groups with other methods available.
Conditions of use.
There can be no organized or ordinary money bets associated in the private groups put up by members. If private dealings are organised in those groups, they will carry no obligations or requirements for the participants or for the person managing the group. CodeSyntax is not responsible for misuse, or technical or connection errors, if a player loses a game or points.
Information displayed in a user's profile.
When filling a profile with a photo and name, it is forbidden to use someone else's identity and image. Similarly, the use of offending, pornographic or generally inappropriate images, user names and group names is prohibited. The game's developer, CodeSyntax, will decide what is inappropriate in these cases and it isn't bound to offer explanations to the person making this misuse.
